Hazelmade
Hazel from Hazelmade designs, hand-dyes and creates all of the items with her Dragon Tamers in a beautiful studio in a cute little town called Te Awamutu in New Zealand. She is a multifaceted artist who explores pottery, sculpture, illusionism, aerial arts, copper alchemy & jewellery when not in the Pixie’s Lair. She’s also a wife to a musician & mother to two little magic chasers.
Hazel is inspired by the mystery and magic of the little people who have chattered to her and followed through life. She works with Pixies, whispers with Goblins and weaves with Dragons to bring the incredibly soft, flattering and comfortable clothing that inspires magic chasing and is always ready for adventure.
All of her pieces are made from natural fibres and hand-dyed with eco-conscious biodegradable dyes. As much water as possible is recycled during the dyeing process, the scraps are used until small enough to compost and the packaging is plastic-free.
