Golden Apiaries
Golden Apiaries is a family-run, local beekeeping company that loves to provide the family table with inexpensive, high-quality honey.
They are passionate about bees and pride themselves on their ability to look after the bee population by minimising chemical contact with the bees and taking steps to ensure the health of each individual hive.
Their honey varies depending on the season and often includes Clover / Pasture, Bush (may include kamahi, manuka/kanuka, clover, rata, honeydew and more), Rata, Honeydew and Manuka.
They also produce the commercial beekeeper’s mated queens and queen cells.

K-Pow Hot Sauce
K-Pow Hot Sauce is a small batch artisan hot sauce company run by husband and wife team of Kev & Dee Humphries.
Their sauces are all about having as much flavour as possible with the use of the best available ingredients, including the use of our homegrown chillies. These sauces are not mass-produced, they are manufactured in small quantities and take time to ensure that each batch is of the highest quality, full of flavour, packed full of real chillies and without artificial flavouring or colouring.
K-Pow Hot Sauce has been up and running since June 2019 and was already fortunate enough to win a few sauce awards at the time.

Ohiwa Black Diamonds
Ohiwa Black Diamonds have been involved with truffles for many years and have developed extensive industry knowledge and expertise around the development, consultation and support for the niche truffle market.
Their truffles are grown in their unique volcanic soils on oak and hazelnut trees and have been producing Black Perigord Truffles for over 18 years. They believe their unique microclimate, coupled with their ideal soil allows them to produce some of the best truffles in the world, with Ohiwa Black Diamonds truffiere producing more Black Perigord truffle per hectare than any other truffiere in New Zealand.
Annette comes from a scientific background with over 30 years experience in soil chemistry and microbiology – giving a unique opportunity to provide significant insight into truffle management.
Matiu works with Iwi and land owners to design, develop and manage top-performing truffieres.

The Martinborough Jelly Company
Handcrafted Pinot Noir Grape jelly. Made from a boutique vineyard situated on shooting butts road in Martinborough. The jelly is made from our premium Pinot Noir grapes hand-selected and small-batch produced.
Kirsty Hawkins grew up in the Beautiful village of Martinborough Village and still lives there with her husband Jake and two beautiful girls.
Kirsty owns The Martinborough Jelly Company. They have a boutique vineyard in Martinborough with 2000 Pinot Noir Vines. She makes Pinot Noir Grape Jelly from these vines. She has made this product for 13 years now for family and friends only but was finally convinced to make it to sell to the public and she is now into her second year of production.
All the work in the vineyard for the year is done by herself or a family member if need be.
The jelly is made seasonally when the grapes are at the right ripeness in around March/April. The grapes are handpicked and bunch selected. It is small-batch produced. Each pottle has written on the Label which row in the vineyard it came from. Very much vineyard to platter.
It is a versatile jelly which is a perfect accompaniment with cheeses, Meats (venison, chicken, lamb, beef, pork, duck, turkey, pheasant), & sweets. Kirsty hand makes this Jelly with love for everyone to enjoy.
