Hakanoa Handmade Drinks Ltd make real proper old-fashioned New Zealand ginger beer, brewed with a ‘bug’ using fresh mature-harvest Fijian Ginger root. The ginger is grown by the ginger farmers of Navurevure in Fiji. Wild Ferment Ginger Beer – less sugar than most, more ginger than any.
Hakanoa Handmade Drinks also makes Ginger and authentic Chai concentrate using fresh ginger, fresh spices, organic black tea, no preservatives and way less sugar than regular syrups.
All their products are certified gluten-free, dairy-free and preservative-free, and their packaging is largely sustainable glass.
Their products have been developed to be used in cafes by discerning baristas, but they also super-easy to use and store at home.
