Nicola Reif is an award-winning, self-taught artist based in Nelson, New Zealand. Her subjects are mainly animals, birds and especially wildlife.
Nicola’s background in science and biology influences her style which is detailed yet artistic. Choosing to work in pastel allows precision, stunning clarity and depth of colour along with the ability to render the lightness of feathers and the softness of fur. It is a medium that complements natural subjects beautifully.
She’s committed to wildlife and environmental conservation through the medium of her art, making contributions in whatever way she can. She’s often out and about stalking wildlife in its natural habitat with her camera and, for the more exotic subjects and domestic pets, she uses photographic reference.

Tuku-Marie is a designer, illustrator and painter of Cook Island & Māori descent based in Waikato.
Her art is inspired by both her culture and the beautiful nature that surrounds us. She also loves to create Polynesian inspired art.

Emma, the artist behind Studio Peersbased, is based in Queenstown, Central Otago. She loves paints custom Pet Portraits with a quirky twist and other iconic New Zealand illustrations and more.
When you commission a pet portrait, you can add accessories to your little fur baby like glasses or maybe a bowtie or you can choose to have without and simply add their name.
Emma has a real passion for painting animals and loves to be able to create a piece of custom art that holds so much meaning for the pet owner. She donates 10% of all Portrait Commission sales to the SPCA, so not only will you be supporting a local artist but also helping animals in need throughout New Zealand.
Sam is a self-taught pencil artist residing on the Hibiscus Coast. She primarily draws animals and native birds and currently taking both pet and wildlife commissions.
Sam has been drawing all of her life but only started taking it more seriously this past year.
