Earthie
Hayley and Mandy from Matakana started Earthie with the aim of providing all-natural, handmade products for all ages. The name Earthie relates not only to the product ingredients but also the product packaging and shipping supplies – being almost entirely recyclable.
After having their son, Tobie, they had trouble finding a natural nappy balm that wasn’t only kind to his skin but was also cloth nappy friendly. So, they decided to create a product that they felt 100% comfortable using on their precious wee man. From there they decided to create products that fulfilled the needs of those around them.
Earthie provides unique, handmade and all-natural products which are good for you and the environment.

Motherland was created by Alexis & Sinead with the natural mother in mind. Between the two of them, they have 3 beautiful babies and are friends that have become like family. Two hospital births and one home birth later, they finally found their calling and love for all things natural.
Motherland is for the mother who wants to know what she was using on herself and baby, the mother who wants products to support her during pregnancy, labour, delivery, postpartum and beyond, and the woman who doesn’t want to be forgotten during her transition into a “Mother”.

Stellar & Me is managed by Annalise and Shannon, two sisters from Dunedin with a huge passion for New Zealand made clothing, toys and accessories for babies, children, and mums.
After taking over the business in July 2019 they always knew they wanted to bring in a lot more New Zealand brands and products plus their own brand, the response has been overwhelmingly positive so they have transitioned Stellar & Me to be 100% New Zealand made.

Jane is the owner of The Mother Hood. As a mother, she knows that motherhood is one of the greatest things in life, it can be one of the hardest.
Jane felt alone at home with a toddler and a newborn when she had her second baby. She wanted to hang out with other mums, but it was often too much to arrange naps, feeds, and even just the idea of trying to get out of the house. So she started an online group called ‘The Mother Hood for moms’. This group was a godsend, with two small children. She was able to interact with other mums who knew what she was going through and could relate to it.
Fast forward 5 years and The Mother Hood has now grown into a website, a shop and a blog.
But the core values still remain the same. It is all about supporting and helping mums through the journey that is motherhood.
Their products are all selected to make life easier for busy mums. Whether it is our Peek-a-Baby carrier wraps that allow you to get on with life hands-free, while still holding your baby close or our products to help your baby’s sleep, Jane loves finding products that she knows you will love too.
Jane has spent over 20 years working with mums, as a teacher, a nanny, a sleep consultant and now has two beautiful children of her own.
Basically, she’s out to do what she can to make parenting that little bit easier for you.
