Hihi Handmade
Becca Huxley is the creator of Handmade Hihi. Hihi means ray of sunshine, and every creation made by hand aims to spread that sunshine. Each pair is totally handmade using earring hooks made of 925 sterling silver.
Hihi (Stitchbird) is also a native New Zealand bird that Becca found on her travels across the North Island of New Zealand. That’s how the name “Hihi Handmade” originated.
Becca loves crocheting and making handmade pieces. Each of her creations is a little ray of sunshine created with care, time, and passion. She is a self-taught crochet artist and she makes her own designs!
Sitting by the lake and designing a new concept, bringing the idea to life, and watching it make other people happy, is Becca’s favourite thing to do. In its own way, each handmade object is subtly different, special, and beautiful.
