Sarah is the Head chef and sales manager of VDS Healthy Horse Treats. She is a British Horse Society trained riding instructor with 20 years of teaching experience and over 30 years riding and training horses.
Sarah makes delicious and nutritious horse treats, all refined sugar-free with no molasses, no preservatives or artificial anything.
The treats are made with freshly grated carrot, apple and pear along with honey for sweetness. Other treats are made with sunflower seeds, crushed linseed, coconut oil and chia seeds. All treats are packed with all the good stuff for shiny manes, tails and coats and way too many health benefits to list. There are no hidden fillers just pure raw ingredients.
This young artist has an eye for shape, balance, colour, and texture. She won many prizes for her art at high school and was rarely seen without a paintbrush or sketchbook in her hand.
Sophie’s love of art and capturing animals began to blossom even further in Auckland where she received her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Whitecliffe College of Art and Design 2013, and later began a Diploma in Applied Interior Design.
Sophie now lives in Tauranga and works hard to turn her dreams of becoming a full-time animal artist into reality. She is open to collaborations, commissions and personal requests.
